Review of Sharifullah Dorani's book

Sharifullah Dorani has written a book titled ‘America in Afghanistan: Foreign Policy and Decision Making From Bush to Obama to Trump’. Raring to go!

This week, two more bicycles were donated to BRASS for our refugee/asylum seeker clients. Many thanks to the kind donor and to our volunteer Pam for making it happen!

Making a difference, one cake at a time!

As well as being longstanding volunteers at BRASS, Sally and Victoria are also providing their skills to a wonderful community service to help families who find it difficult to provide a birthday cake for their child. “Free Cakes for Kids UK” is a national venture and their website can be found at www.freecakesforkids.org.uk. A new Bedford group launches on 9th March and needs people to join them. You don’t need to be a professional baker so why don’t you contact Sally at freecakesbedford@gmail.com or call her on (07927) 337636. Free Cakes For Kids UK works via a referral system. If you would like to make a referral, please contact Sally at the above email address.
